Because it’s Stampede time, hotel accommodation near the venue may be difficult to obtain at the last minute. To make it easy, we’ve partnered with our friends at CanAccom, who specialize in sports team travel, to secure blocks of rooms in both Brooks and in Calgary for event participants, friends and families.

– These two hotels are adjacent to each other. Heritage Inn & Suites is newer.
– They’re about a 20 minute drive (11 mi / 18 km) from the venue.

– Northeast near airport
– Lots of surface parking for boats
– Not near LRT line. Driving to most points of interest is required.
c. Wingate Calgary South, 400 Midpark Way SE, Calgary, Alberta
– $189/night+tax, Breakfast Included
– Deep South, easy escape from the city if you’re heading for the border
– Walking distance to Somerset or Shawnessy LRT stations, (not as close as Aloft)
– Lots of surface parking for boats

A block of rooms have been booked on your behalf through CanAccom. To book your room you must contact us by the cut off date provided by the event organizer. Any reservation requests received after this date will be subject to room availability and the negotiated rates MAY NOT be valid.
IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST BOOKING WITH US: Contact CanAccom directly (NOT THE HOTEL) to provide a credit card number. This number is to guarantee a room only. Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check out.

CHECK IN – OUT : Individual confirmation numbers are not provided by the hotel for team bookings. Simply check in under your name and indicate the team you are with. Early check in and late check outs may be requested upon arriving at the hotel but there is NO GUARANTEE that the hotel will be able to accommodate your requests – and is not likely with Saturday arrivals.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: We understand that changes to your confirmation may be required. Cancellations will be accepted Up to NOON, 2 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL- Contact CanAccom via email at email@example.com. CanAccom will make the changes with the hotel and will e-mail you back to confirm the changes have been made. If you choose to make changes/cancellations directly with the hotel, CanAccom will not be responsible for any discrepancies that may occur.
NO CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER NOON, 2 DAYS PRIOR UNLESS OTHERWISE ADVISED BY CANACCOM. This policy is jointly enforced by the hotels and CANACCOM.

If you have booked a room and do not show up and do not cancel, the hotel will process a “no show” charge.
